The information you entered for job applications, etc. will be moved to a separate DB (separate file in the case of paper) after the purpose has been achieved and stored for a certain period of time (see retention and use period) according to internal policy and other relevant laws and regulations for information protection, and then destroyed.
Personal information moved to a separate DB will not be used for any other purpose than that for which it is retained, unless required by law.

– Personal information stored in electronic file format is deleted using technical methods that render the records unrecoverable.
– Personal information printed on paper is destroyed by shredding or incineration.

To view or modify personal information, click on “Change Member Information” and to cancel membership, click on “Request Membership Cancellation” to go through the identity verification process and directly view, correct, or cancel your membership.
Alternatively, you can contact the personal information manager in writing, by phone, or by email and we will take action without delay.
If you request correction of errors in your personal information, we will not use the relevant personal information until the correction is complete.
Megawell processes personal information that has been canceled or deleted at the request of the user in accordance with the “Retention and Use Period of Personal Information” collected by Megawell and processes it so that it cannot be viewed or used for any other purpose.
